Our client is a Finance & Business Consultancy who is rapidly expanding their firm that specialises in international VAT and tax and accounting for e-commerce businesses that are located internationally and in the UK. They are recommended External Tax Advisers under the Amazon Global Selling Programme and assist hundreds of Amazon FBA sellers, eBay, Shopify and many other platforms.
The main responsibilities for the German Speaker Business Development Administrator role is:
Respond to inbound client queries via telephone, email, and virtual platforms like Zoom/Teams.
Support partner relationships through event organisation and network group management.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of databases and systems.
Demonstrate and apply strong commercial acumen in all business interactions.
Previous experience in Accountancy is not essential as full training will be provided.
The successful candidate for the German Speaker Business Development Administrator role is someone with the following:
Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
Confident, professional, and friendly demeanor to build and maintain high-quality customer relationships.
Strong telephone and written communication skills.
Motivated to achieve targets and assist customers in expanding and improving their businesses.
Active listening skills and ability to smoothly handle objections and complaints.
