The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Disrepair Supervisor to join our Responsive Maintenance division. You will be working out of our Lambeth office on one of our social housing contracts, delivering reactive maintenance to our residents.

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Ensure high quality service is provided with the management of the work scheduling in accordance with company procedures, standards and SLAs
  • Manage the responsive repairs function to ensure consistent performance against targets
  • Effective and efficient management of material costs and ensure that all are following correct processes and procedures
  • Monitor quality of work through inspection, inspection reports, analysis of key performance indicators and analysis of customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Lead, manage and contribute to the development of your team and determine optimum employment levels to comply with the provision of the service.

We are looking for you to already have the relevant experience to fulfil the above role requirements and have worked at a supervisory level.
