As a DFMEA ENGINEER   , you will join Gaydon team to support our activities within the Automotive  sector. 
Create and maintain Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA) documents.
Support subsystem and other commodity teams to excel in DFMEA processes.
Identify technical and process gaps through thorough analysis.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance design reliability and performance.
Passionate about engineering 
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in DFMEA creation and maintenance within the automotive industry.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and gap analysis expertise.
