What You'll Be Driving: Craft and execute innovative, results-focused marketing plans aligned with our bold company vision. Deliver high-converting digital campaigns, compelling content, and unforgettable brand experiences. Build a marketing dream team—recruit, train, and mentor top-tier talent. Crush lead generation and engagement goals across all platforms and channels. Drive attendance and revenue for global events, masterminds, and educational programs. Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and customer insights to fuel constant innovation. Work cross-functionally with senior leadership, sales, events, finance, and data teams to align on powerful growth objectives. Create high-performance affiliate and JV programs to amplify reach and revenue. You Bring: A proven track record in strategic marketing, ideally in direct response and digital-first brands. Excellent managerial skills with a proven track record. Exceptional leadership, creative, and analytical skills. A hunger to learn, test, and dominate emerging marketing platforms and trends. Experience managing teams, scaling campaigns, and driving real commercial results. A growth mindset, entrepreneurial flair, and unstoppable drive.
