WeDoData are working with a school in Reading who are looking to appoint a Data Manager to manage and develop their School’s Management Information System. This role is at an All Girls Secondary School, Ofsted rated ‘Good’, part of a wider multi-academy trust. The team are diverse, supportive and inclusive. The wider organisation has a collaborative approach which offers plenty of scope to learn and develop within the role and opportunity to progress within the group. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and administering whole-school data (SIMS)
- Analysis of student performance data (4Matrix)
- Maintenance, assessment and reporting on student records
- Training on data interpretation to SLT
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Excel)
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience using SIMS, or other School Management Information Systems
- Experience with 4Matrix, or other school analytical tools
