Please note that thisrole may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for ahybrid and in-office presence.Coordinating the workflow and assigning taskseffectively to the ASC Assistants involving but not limited to expenseand invoice processing, scheduling meetings, booking travelarrangements, and billing for internal clients across the FirmManagingthe daily operations of the ASC team, ensuring all work is completedon time and to the standard expected of a Centre ofExcellenceFostering a positive and collaborative team environment,encouraging open communication, cooperation, and teamwork.Monitoringthe performance of the team, providing feedback and coaching wherenecessary to support ongoing development and improvement.Possess the ability to lead a team and foster a positiveand collaborative working environmentHave knowledge and experience ofworkflow coordination, and a curiosity and an inclination towardcontinuous process improvementCan demonstrate excellent organisationaland time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks andmanage multiple projects simultaneouslyAnd have:Experience in asupervisory or team leadership role, ideally within a law firm orother professional services environmentWell-developed and professionalinterpersonal skills, along with the ability to communicateprofessionally with colleagues and clientsGCSE level (or equivalent)including English and Maths required
