Do you want to work in an Outstanding School and Business Studies department, with opportunities to receive outstanding training and professional development?

If so, we are looking to appoint a successful, dynamic and enthusiastic Head of Department to lead our highly successful Business Studies team.This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your teaching and leadership skills, working within an inspirational team that currently delivers GCSE Business Studies, as well as A Level Business Studies and the Level 3 BTEC Diploma.

The Compton School wishes to attract a high-quality applicant who can lead the department through the next phase of growth, to include the introduction of the new AAQ's into KS5.

Therefore, a £3000 recruitment incentive payment will be available for a successful candidate applying directly to The Compton School.This is payable after a qualifying period of two full terms in post and includes a 2-year retention period.   • Acommitment to staff wellbeing , including a 2-week Autumn half term , scheduled INSET days, staff-run Wellbeing Team, staff socials, a staff choir, cakes in the staffroom every Friday, a cycle-to-work scheme and wellbeing afternoons.
