We are searching for a caring and compassionate CPN, to join our client's Adult's CMHT team. Job Title: CPN - Adult CMHT
Duration: Initial 3-month contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.Start Date: ASAP

As a CPN, you will play a crucial role in delivering NHS community mental health services. Participating in multi-disciplinary assessments of patients' health conditions.
Formulating and implementing care plans.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Staying current with the latest mental health advancements and best practices.
Current and valid registration with the NMC.
Proven experience within a community recovery role.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Working hours and contract duration:

This position will require you to work from Monday to Friday. This a long-term contract.
