The role involves leading contract management strategies, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with regulations while mitigating risks. Responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, developing contract policies and templates, providing expert guidance on complex contractual issues, and fostering relationships with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
# Lead the development and execution of contract management strategies aligned with the client's goals and objectives.
# Oversee the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation and drafting to execution and performance monitoring.
# Implement robust contract controls and compliance measures to manage risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
# Collaborate with project teams to assess contract requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
# Develop and maintain contract templates, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
# Provide expert advice and guidance on complex contractual matters to senior management and project teams.
# Establish metrics and reporting systems to measure contract performance and identify areas for improvement.
# Foster relationships with external partners, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution.

Requirements:
# Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Quantity Surveying, Economics, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
# A minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in contract management and controls, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
# Extensive knowledge of contract law, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
# Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and implementing effective controls.
# Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
# Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
# Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
# Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
