Sales Executive - Retail Packaging
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the retail packaging industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Sales & Business Development:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the retail packaging industry.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Sales Reporting & Administration:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close sales.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail packaging industry.
Strong understanding of retail packaging materials, products, and industry trends.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
