Are you an ambitious and target-driven Sales/Business Development Executive who wants to be at the forefront of transforming learning through literacy in a high growth EdTech company?
This opportunity will appeal to a highly motivated and results driven individual who is ready to join a successful sales team in a high-growth organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing inbound sales opportunities, upselling, cross-selling and developing relationships with key stakeholders.

New business development for your sales region, including the development of strategic plans for expanding revenue opportunities and relationships
Generating your own funnel of outbound sales leads, supported by our marketing team
Establishing links with the key contacts and decision makers of schools and MATs
Booking and attending meetings with customers and potential customers (remotely)
Managing opportunities meticulously via our CRM, building rapport with customers and promoting the brand of Bedrock Learning
You have a hunger to increase growth through new business development as well as nurturing inbound opportunities and converting them into sales. You are confident on the phone, have a professional manner and enjoy meeting new people and making new connections.
You see targets as an opportunity to excel.
At least 2 years’ experience in business development and/or account management with a strong record of increasing revenue
The ability to work autonomously, create and implement a strategy and nurture customers at all stages of the sales process
Experience in selling to schools or teachers and BA, BSc or other related qualifications are desirable
