Job Description Digital Project Manager - Full-time / Nottingham / £32k - £40k / Hybrid

I am working with an agency that are seeking a digital project manager to lead the delivery of e-commerce and digital projects for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ecommerce and digital projects, including website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and analysts, to drive project success.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and metrics.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and address any concerns.
Champion best practices in e-commerce and digital project management, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience, min of 2 years, managing e-commerce and digital projects, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.
Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital technologies.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
PMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.
