I am working with an agency that are seeking a digital project manager to lead the delivery of e-commerce and digital projects for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:nLead the planning, execution, and delivery of ecommerce and digital projects, including website development, mobile applications, and digital marketing campaigns.nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, marketers, and analysts, to drive project success.nDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations and business goals.nDevelop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and metrics.nProactively identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve issues to ensure smooth project delivery.nCommunicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on project status, solicit feedback, and address any concerns.nChampion best practices in e-commerce and digital project management, and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.nDemonstrated experience, min of 2 years, managing e-commerce and digital projects, preferably within an agency or consulting environment.nSolid understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital technologies.nProven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.nPMP, Scrum, or other project management certifications are a plus.
