The Company
The Good Influence are looking for a Paid Media specialist to join their growing team and contribute to their client success by helping to deliver the best results possible Whether we are helping drive sales of skincare, or helping to bring brand awareness to a supplement, we deliver multi-platform solutions and paid is an increasingly important part of this.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for the day to day running of client campaigns across social media channels including Meta, TikTok and potentially LinkedIn.
Your focus will be to ensure that performance is always improving and exceeding/achieving KPI’s by optimising and proactively identifying opportunities for performance improvement. You will understand how to diagnose performance issues correctly and make recommendations based on the learning from data. You’ll also have a clear understanding and structure for testing and understand how to adapt plans based on results.
The Good Influence like to exceed expectations in all we do and part of this is delivering content that cuts through the noise and drives client success. You will have a solid understanding and skill for helping to develop, thumb-stopping, original concepts for creative.
You will also be required to act as a point of contact for the client and support with creating and delivering reports on a regular basis.
The Candidate
At least 1 years experience with running paid campaigns across Meta but would also be useful to have experience with TikTok, LinkedIn or Google Ads.
Experience working with D2C clients - particularly in health, beauty or wellness although not essential.
A strong ability to analyse data and make recommendations from trends and change in performance.
A methodical approach to testing and optimisation.
The ability to confidently plan out paid budgets to chive optimal results - whether it's for sales/conversions or brand awareness.
An understanding on attribution and how to use this when assessing effectiveness and budgeting.
Ability to create compelling and effective ad copy
