Hours: Monday to Friday 08:45am – 5pm 1 hour lunch
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client based in Loughborough town centre, our client is a well-established financial services organisation who are seeking a Project Administrator to provide essential administrative and organisational support to facilitate smooth project workflows and contribute to the productivity of the project team.
The ideal candidate must have a positive, can-do attitude and have experience in an administrative role with excellent attention to detail.
Role profile:
- Support project managers organising and maintaining documentation including plans, schedules, and reports
- Arranging project meeting, producing agendas and take minutes of meetings
- Ensuring documentation is accurately scanned and recorded, indexed and entered onto the system
- Data collection, reporting and analysis for project evaluations
- Oversea project related correspondence, emails and communications
- Providing an efficient, effective, accurate and professional service to all internal and external customers
- Research and gather data to support project planning
- Adhering to all in-house compliance, policies and procedures
Person profile:
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative
- Good attention to detail
Desired criteria:
- Previous experience working within a financial company would be advantageous
- Previous administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
