The sustainability manager is responsible for an organisation's sustainability strategy and performance, and for ensuring the organization is operating in an environmentally responsible way:
Create and implement sustainability strategies and programs, and ensure they are integrated into business processes


Monitor compliance with environmental and social standards, and evaluate progress towards sustainability goals


Assess the organisation's sustainability performance, and identify areas where improvements can be made


Prepare sustainability reports with research-backed recommendations


Train employees: Train employees on sustainability issues
