Our client, a leading provider of motoring services, is seeking a dedicated Vehicle Parts Branch Manager to join their team in Shrewsbury. The Parts Branch Manager role involves setting departmental targets, creating Personal Development Plans, and regularly assessing business performance. You will analyze market data for sales opportunities, achieve Head Office targets, and ensure team motivation and adherence to sales strategies. The successful Parts Branch Manager will have proven business strategy skills, high IT literacy, and exceptional customer service abilities. Effective communication, leadership, and team motivation in a B2B environment are essential, along with a sales-focused mindset.
