Title: Senior Engagement Lead / Client Partner – Financial Services (Data, Analytics, & AI) Type: FTE Location: UK About the Role We are seeking a senior engagement lead / client partner to join our financial services practice. In this role, you will work directly with C-suite and senior executives at leading investment managers, spearheading high-impact engagements, shaping transformation agendas, and establishing yourself as a trusted strategic advisor. This is a partner-track leadership opportunity with direct visibility to the firm's senior leadership team. Key Responsibilities Strategic Advisory: Act as a thought partner to senior executives and CXOs; build trusted relationships and influence strategic decision-making. Solution Leadership: Shape and drive innovative strategies in data modernization, advanced analytics, and AI that deliver measurable business outcomes. Client Engagement: Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders; proactively identify emerging needs, opportunities, and original ideas. Practice Growth: Contribute to firm-wide leadership by expanding the financial services vertical with differentiated and scalable offerings. Leadership: Represent the firm's senior leadership team in client interactions; collaborate across delivery, consulting, and managed services. Team & Capability Development: Mentor, recruit, and develop project leads and consultants; contribute to culture-building, knowledge development, and internal initiatives. Key Qualifications 12+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, with demonstrated success in winning business and growing client accounts. Recognized executive presence, deep domain expertise, and the ability to navigate and influence complex client organizations. Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale data, analytics, and AI-driven transformation initiatives. Strong relationship-building and advisory skills; ability to engage at the highest levels and operate effectively in politically complex environments. Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, visionary, and capable of shaping new opportunities.
