The Floor Manager Role 2 years experience as Floor Manager or Assistant Manager role in a High quality and Fast paced London Restaurant Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service Positively lead our teams and support them through regular training Communicate effectively and clearly all times Be the face of a Group known for its warm welcome and guest care Managing and exceeding guest expectations Strong command of English language Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered Interest and love for Spanish food and culture Passion for the Hospitality Industry and your own development is a must Harts Group is a community of talented individuals, creating award-winning food, drink and offering industry-leading service.
