have compliance experience in banking

Identifying the regulatory risks that the Branch faces;
The design and implementation of the policies and procedures, systems and controls that constitute the Compliance Programs and their related activities designed to prevent unethical, or improper conduct;
Monitoring the effectiveness of those systems and controls;
The provision of training and guidance to management and employees;
Other duties as assigned by the Head of Compliance.
A Bachelor degree or above, ideally of a legal or business related educational background;
~5 years’ experience in a compliance role within the financial industry is preferred;
~ Experience in contract law will be beneficial;
~ Bilingual proficiency in both English and Chinese Mandarin will be an advantage;
