A Bit About the Role: What does the Audience Executive 'do'? You're a people person and a community builder who's also data-led, driven and results-oriented. You're a healthcare expert and are comfortable promoting HLTH to key, must-have organisations and individuals. This role is all about getting people to come to HLTH Europe across key sectors, segments and geographies – in the right volumes, and with the right quality. You'll focus on audience acquisition execution, working cross-functionally and proactively updating the whole team on performance. Your key KPI: the right people, in the right volumes, from the right segments and regions. Delegate revenue. This is a target-driven role. A day in your life: outreach to prospective attendees (paid tickets, core buyers, investors and other target groups) via LinkedIn and other tools, email and phone where appropriate. Your key tools: partners (including partner programming), ambassadors, marketing copy/flows, external events and social media (LinkedIn). Primary Responsibilities: Audience Acquisition (90%) Acquire high-quality attendees across key audience groups as outlined in targets and golden ticket lists. Conduct one-to-one outreach, personally, to ensure the best names book on. Work closely with marketing to write copy and share key points from the ICPs that marketing can use in personalised, targeted messaging to designated audience segments. Work with tech/product/marketing to ensure we see performance against targets, week on week, and vs this time last year (where possible). Maintain the audience acquisition plan covering key stakeholder groups (priority groups are providers, payers, government, investors, startups) and priority countries. Review and adjust each quarter as necessary to achieve goals. Monitor performance vs targets and adjust tactics accordingly. Deliver regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and partners Hit and exceed these goals Partners, Ambassadors & Advocates (10%) Support the delivery of the HLTH Europe ambassador programme across segments and countries. This may be one programme, or multiple per specific target audiences. Provide advocates with toolkits, incentives and rewards to drive delegate referrals. Identify and activate 'power nodes' - individuals who influence their networks. Work creatively with them to bring their audiences. Own and operate the partner programming schedule, including writing a partner's strategy that outlines the must-have partners, targets and routes to get them. Work closely with marketing, content and strategy teams to ensure they are secured as partners. A Bit about You: You have 2+ years' experience in audience growth, delegate acquisition, community building or strategic marketing (ideally in events, media, or healthcare) You have proven success in bringing high-quality audiences to high-value experiences You possess a strong understanding of the European healthcare landscape and key stakeholder groups, or a route to up-knowledge yourself very fast Comfortable working with CRM systems and data-driven marketing tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) You are an outstanding relationship builder and confident communicator Self-starter, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven team Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Able to travel as needed across Europe for partner and audience development Technology Stack: CRM: Salesforce Workspace: Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion Events: MapYourShow, Swoogo, Swapcard, DocuSign, Helpscout Internal Comms/Project Management: Asana, Slack Marketing: Hubspot, WordPress, Storyblok Salary & Benefits: On top of an amazing culture, we have a benefits package that includes: Competitive compensation and benefits package Apple laptop provided to all employees Paid time off & holiday schedule Join us at HLTH, where we're more than a company - we're a community shaping the future of health.
