What you will bedoing: Key responsibilities

Reporting to the ConsultingDirector, your role will be:

  • Bringing the best of ourexpertise from the other Departments to your clients on Data Science,Activation (e.g., media buying, CRM) and Creativity.
  • Impact-driven with real sales abilities - you will have toembark our clients into a transformation of their marketing departmentand make sure Artefact is their preferred partner in this endeavour.

Among your responsibilities as Consulting Manager, you will:

  • Deliver the highest standards of quality on your projectsLead multidisciplinary teams (consultants, data scientists, strategicplanners, media traders)Ensure the highest level of quality of outputto your clientsAccountable for the success of the projects from aclient and team perspective
  • Strengthen our relationshipswith clients Develop the consulting offer with existing clients,especially with Activation or Data clientsCreate opportunities forother Departments with your clients (Data Science, Activation,Creativity)
  • Develop client portfolio Support in building acommercial strategy to develop the country client portfolioMonitor thecommercial pipelineBuild proposals supporting the client needs,meeting client’s requirements, answering RFP’s
  • PracticeDevelopment Help build and enhance the Consulting team’s ways ofworking, processes and practicesCoach and guide junior colleaguesBuildstronghold of knowledge through your client’s engagements (frameworks,methodologies, technologies)Ensure the spread of the ConsultingDepartment knowledge across the company at local and Global level (incoordination with the Consulting Practice)

What we are looking for

You have demonstrated success in your first 4+ years of yourcareer at a tier 1 consulting firm and have 3+ years of experiencemanaging projects and/or clients.
