Control Room Manager NIGHTS Richford Motor Services Ltd of Alfreton Derbyshire was established in 1990, providing 24 hour breakdown for lights and commercial vehicles.
Over the years Richford Motor Services have established themselves as one of the largest vehicle recovery operators within the UK, operating out of over 9 depots to offer their customers a reliable, consistent and affordable service for all their vehicle needs.
With a fleet of over 180 vehicles equipped with the latest equipment on-board, Richford Motor Services can cater for all customer requirements no matter how big or small.
We are accredited by IVR which is industry standards, we are a registered training provider and regularly put our staff through courses to maintain the highest standards of service.
Richford Motor Services Ltd not only move your vehicles from A to B, but we can repair in our workshop or body shop for an all under one roof solution, whether you are an individual with 1 vehicle, or a fleet of vehicles.
Your role will ensure that performance is always at the highest of standards, hitting KPIs achieving the customer service we expect and meeting the standards we strive to achieve. It will be down to you to ensure the service runs smoothly to a high standard and ready to be handed over to the morning team the following day.
The duties you will be accountable for will be overall performance of a team of recovery breakdown controllers, increasing customer service, and driving efficiencies. We are a 24-hour operation, and we need you to be motivated and ready to handle anything from covering sickness, planning shift rotations, allocating jobs and making the most out of your team, keeping everyone motivated, happy and most of all always achieving excellent customer services and really care what you do.
You will need to show us that you can build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships, keeping a cool head and always giving your top performance.
We're proud of the family feel we've developed here, and as Night Shift Team Manager, you'll have a big hand in maintaining that.
It is desirable that you hold a minimum Level 3 Team Leader / Management NVQ equivalent although this is not essential. Full training will be given but previous leadership experience is necessary.
