Asset Management & Investment Funds Lawyer

Prestigious US Law Firm Seeks Top Talent

Renowned US law firm, with a leading global Investment Management practice, is seeking a talented lawyer to join our dynamic London office. In this exciting role, you will play a key role in advising a diverse range of clients on the formation, structuring, and regulation of investment funds across various asset classes.

What You'll Do:

  • Structure and establish private funds (hedge, debt, real estate, private equity, and fund-of-funds) domiciled in the UK and internationally.
  • Advise investment funds and their managers on general corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential investments and transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate complex legal documentation.
  • Partner with senior lawyers to deliver exceptional client service.

Who You Are:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Scotland with a minimum of 3-5 years of PQE in a recognized Funds practice.
  • Proven track record of experience in fund formation and related transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and international investment fund regulations (AIFMD, UCITS, etc.).
  • Excellent academic credentials and a strong commercial awareness.
  • Superior drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
