Based in Northampton , our client is a one stop shop for Financial Services , specialising in Mortgages.
Our seeking an experienced Full time Administrator to join our expanding impartial mortgage and protection brokerage firm in Northampton. This is a full time role Monday- Friday role based in their City Centre office.
The Mortgage Administrator role involves providing crucial administration support to the sales team, managing files accurately and promptly, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout. Facilitate mortgage progress to legal completion and beyond.
Coordinate with Mortgage Advisers to monitor mortgage case progress and resolve any issues.
Manage client emails and accounts for repeat clients.
Perform general office administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and answering calls.
Occasional finance administration duties.
Collaborate with advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Proven administration experience in a mortgage or financial services setting.
Proficient computer skills, including database management and Microsoft Office.
Salary negotiable based on experience. (£Flexible hours for the right candidate.
Office hours are 9 am to 5 pm with occasional flexibility required for additional hours.
Company pension after probation (3 months)
