Business Support Administrator

This is an on-site role for a Business Support Administrator at The HR Dept South Warwickshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the Business Development team, but will also need be responsible for some aspects of finance and credit control.
Hours and working location
37.5 hours per week working Monday to Friday. We can consider part-time hours for the right candidate
The office base is at Pure Offices based in Warwick, but we are quite relaxed in terms of working from home on occasion when needed.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ideally working knowledge of Xero or other accounting platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with Intermediate level Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills gain in a customer service type role would be beneficial
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with HR software or CRM systems is a plus
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar administrative role is preferred
