Our client is a fast paced growing business who have increased their GWP from 8 million to 30 million in 5 years through 2 mergers and organic business growth. They are now looking to hire a Business Support Administrator.

**No experience will be necessary** although exposure to administration roles would be an advantage. In return you will have a generous salary along with additional benefits, part time or flexible hours (within the opening hours) will be considered, along with the ability to WFH as and when.

**What we need from you as a Business Support Administrator**:

- No experience necessary (although exposure administration roles would be an advantage)
- You will be friendly, pro-active and ready for a challenge
- A good can-do attitude with active listening skills
- Available to travel to our sites in Warwick, Stratford upon Avon, Henley-in-Arden & Pershore for training at any of the sites (to be discussed at interview stage)

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Agents and Account Executives with monthly renewals including appointment making, preparation of renewals and post renewal remedial work
- Utilising the Customer Relationship Management tool to maximise efficiency and enhance the customer journey
- Completion of post-renewal reports to be issued to the customer
- Collation of relevant documentation
- Robust follow up of leads and quotes outstanding
- Effectively manage the Agents diaries for customer and prospecting appointments and internal meetings
- Arrange client dinner/drinks where appropriate
- Travel arrangements for the Agents where appropriate

**Training**:

- Full training and support offered for role. Beyond that PDP created to outline roadmap of progression depending on personal desire

**Salary/Package**:Salary £18.000-£22.000 per annum - based on full time. **Hours**: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. (Part time and flexible hours also considered).
