We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of New Business Sales to lead our UK team in driving new logo solution sales revenue and growth across our Cybersecurity and QA Software practices.

The successful candidate will not only possess a strong understanding the world of Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing. You will have a proven background in leading new logo end to end solution sales activities and driving innovative strategies with the proven the ability to effectively communicate at ‘C Suite Level’ the value proposition over not only over our exiting practices but also across multiple sectors in the UK including Commercial, Government / Defence and Energy businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of new logo solution sales specialists in identifying and qualifying prospective clients within the target market for Cybersecurity, QA Software Testing, including Pen Testing, Red Teaming, SOC/SIEM, Automation and Performance Testing and many more unique service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and ‘C Level’, influencers, and stakeholders at prospective client organisations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations working with your team to understand clients' Cybersecurity, QA Software Testing challenges and requirements, and effectively articulate the value proposition of our unique services.
  • Collaborate closely with our technical leaders to tailor testing solutions to meet clients' specific needs and address their concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotes, and presentations that demonstrate the benefits of our testing services and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Experience Required:

  • You will ideally be an existing Head of Sales, who will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Cybersecurity, QA Systems Testing practices, but also lead and mentor a team of dedicated new logo solution sales specialists.
  • You will have a proven track record of growing and successful new logo sales function in a fast-paced culture by providing leadership in new logo solution sales within our Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing practices.
  • Proven understanding of Cybersecurity and QA Software Testing principles, concepts, and industry trends.
  • Excellent sales leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, influencers, and decision-makers.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering value to clients.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
