Project Manager / Project Lead As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of signage projects from initial enquiry and concept development through to production and installation. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Project Manager Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, defining project goals, and ensuring deadlines are met. Manage large-scale contracts to ensure all objectives are clearly defined and delivered on time. Handle and lead sourced tender construction enquiries from submission through to project completion. Conduct detailed site surveys, ensuring all measurements, technical information, and supporting photographs are accurately recorded and uploaded. Review and oversee quotations prepared by the Estimator before sending them to your clients. Follow up on quotations weekly via telephone to build client relationships and update sales notes within Clarity. Participate in regular office sales meetings to review sales updates, potential turnover, and project delivery timelines. Monitor and track project costs to ensure profitability and alignment with financial targets. Ensure all project deliverables meet company quality standards. Attend pre-start meetings (in person or via Teams) as needed to ensure smooth project execution. Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to maintain efficient workflow and communication. Oversee the receipt of signage from suppliers, verifying product quality and compliance with specifications. Provide support in other areas of the business, if required. Project Manager Skills & Attributes Experience in project management within a signage related environment. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Proficiency with Clarity software or similar project management systems is desirable. Additional Information for the Project Manager: This is a full-time role, based at our Ilkeston office in Derbyshire. Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am until 4.30pm. Free on-site parking, Membership, Pension Scheme, Christmas Shutdown.
