As a Project Manager , you’ll be backed by a dedicated engineering and project controls team that shares your drive for success. We’re looking for a Project Manager who is ready to: 🛠 Lead and Track Progress – Drive the execution of delivering design packages of work, ensuring alignment with performance baselines. 📂 Manage Project Documentation – Keep all necessary records up to date and compliant. 💰 Control Budgets – Stay on top of expenditures and ensure spending aligns with approved plans. ⏳ Schedule for Success – Develop and maintain project schedules to keep everything on track. 📊 Report with Insight – Provide performance updates, including earned value and variance analysis. 🔍 Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyze data and implement strategies to enhance delivery performance. ⚠️ Mitigate Risks – Proactively identify and manage risks. 🔄 Support Change Management – Play a key role in adapting to project changes smoothly. 🔗 Manage Dependencies – Oversee project interdependencies, ensuring smooth coordination across teams. 🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work closely with Supply Chain, Safety, and Regulatory teams to resolve any conflicts. 📈 Champion Best Practices – Contribute to a culture of excellence in project management. 🌟 Live Our Values – Uphold and embed our company’s vision, mission, and values into everyday work. 🚀 Your Impact as a Project Manager You will be responsible for delivering complex and critical design work , which may include FEED design in mechanical, EC&I, and systems engineering . 📌 Your Key Accountabilities: ✅ Deliver assigned design work 📉 Manage cost and schedule performance. 🛡 Identify and mitigate risks. 👥 Lead and support assigned project managers. 📑 Ensure effective project setup, governance, and closeout. Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: 🎓 Degree qualified in an engineering discipline. 📅 Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment. 🛠 Engineering and technical competence , sufficient to enable effective decision-making. 💼 Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management. 📋 Well-organized , with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities. 🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills , fostering strong teamwork and collaboration. 🗣 Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
