Qualifications Essential Skills & Experience: 🎓 Degree qualified in an engineering discipline. 📅 Project Management experience in planning, controlling budgets, and driving to schedules within a technical environment. 🛠 Engineering and technical competence , sufficient to enable effective decision-making. 💼 Understanding of cross-functional roles such as purchasing, commercial, and engineering management. 📋 Well-organized , with a systematic and rigorous approach to planning work and priorities. 🤝 Excellent interpersonal skills , fostering strong teamwork and collaboration. 🗣 Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics effectively.
