You will be

Experience

  • Proven in house experience in a similar recruiter/talent acquisition specialist role or as an agency recruiter with a track record of strong relationship building
  • Experience of leading end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Proven understanding of selection methods and techniques and has interviewed extensively for technical and leadership roles

Knowledge

  • A working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data bases
  • An understanding of IR35 and UK related legislation such as Equality Act and GDPR.
  • Understands market trends and data relevant to the sector together with advancements in recruitment technology and talent acquisition to improve candidate reach and experience

Skills

  • Excellent communicator at all levels - clear, concise and continuously aware of impact
  • Well organised – project management skills, able to coordinate multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and interpreting and reporting on market trends and data
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft packages such as Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and tech savvy – actively seeking out recruitment platforms to drive candidate reach
