Financial Crime, AML & KYC solutions. Our client, a socially responsible, purpose-driven organisation is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing EMEA team.
This company is dedicated to reducing the global impacts of financial crime through cutting-edge solutions that help clients identify and manage financial risks. As part of their mission to drive sustainable change in the public and private sectors, they are looking to expand their sales team to support their 2024/5 scale-up efforts.
In this role, you will be the first line of communication with prospects, engaging in intelligent and focused conversations with senior decision-makers in capital markets focused firms (Private Equity, Venture Capital and Asset Managers). You will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships, and setting up high-quality appointments for the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will already have a minimum of 2 years commercial sales experience, ideally in a similar role, with a proven track record of exceeding lead generation targets. Experience in financial crime or working in a high-growth SME or start-up is desirable but not essential. Proficiency in using CRM software like HubSpot, along with strong interpersonal skills, is required.
