  • Full training supplied although must have previous experience in electrical and engineering from previous employment.
As a Coffee Field Service Engineer, you will receive full training before joining the 1-4 weekend rota, allowing you to become an integral part of our team. They are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Coffee Field Service Engineer to join their team; however, experience in another electro-mechanical field service role would be considered. Main duties and responsibilities for a Field Service Engineer:
  • Install, commission and set up the commercial coffee equipment
  • Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services as a Field Service Engineer
  • Attend re-active break down and repair call outs
  • Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
  • Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van
  • To manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required) as a Field Service Engineer
  • To support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business
