Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Inventory Planner to our client based in Lutterworth. This role provides a unique hybrid working arrangement, with three days remote (Monday, Thursday, Friday) and two days in-office (Tuesday, Wednesday), alongside a competitive salary of £29,000 per annum. For the right candidate, this role offers a temporary-to-permanent transition.
Role Overview: As an Inventory Planner, you will manage a diverse portfolio of around 5,000 SKUs from 50 suppliers. Role Purpose: The Inventory Planner will play a pivotal role in managing supplier stock within distribution centres, ensuring stock availability targets are met while optimising budget allocation.
Collaborate with Branch Inventory Planners, Supply Chain colleagues, and Commercial teams to ensure efficient stock management and budget adherence.
• Analyse data trends and utilise forecasting techniques to drive effective inventory planning.
• Monitoring stock budgets and recommending strategies to optimise stock performance.
