Reporting into the Director of People & Culture (P&C), this role sits on the P&C leadership team and is responsible for the leadership of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) activity.
As the Head of ED&I at Ofcom, this role is key to ensuring all of what we do at Ofcom as an employer promotes and celebrates equality, diversity and inclusion.
We are very proud of our leading ED&I work at Ofcom, working in partnership with our senior management team, networks and colleagues in the delivery of a truly inclusive culture.
Be accountable for the design of activity, planning, budget controls and resources to ensure successful delivery of the strategy.
Create and deliver E,D&I initiatives that go significantly beyond legal compliance, striving for best practice and leading E,D&I initiatives to enable Ofcom to be an employer of choice for all.
Stay informed and educate others on relevant equality, diversity and inclusion legislation.

Coaching and Upskilling
