Job Description:

Having recently confirmed our GOOD Status with Ofsted the Executive Leadership of the Federation is looking for Head of School to join our learning community.Having established a collaborative way of working across our Federation, where no school is left behind, we are seeking the appointment at Stockwell Primary School.

We are looking to appoint an outstanding Head of School, who will be the Leader who is passionate about children’s development.

The core purpose of this role is to lead and manage the school providing vision and direction. The Head of School is responsible for ensuring the provision of high-quality teaching, learning and care across the school. They are also responsible for ensuring high standards and high expectations from pupils, staff and all other stakeholders.

The Head of School is the role model for all students, teachers and staff. They must understand the key values of the school, its history and lead a plan for the future to continue to strive for excellence.

Responsible directly to the Executive Head teacher. The Head of School will work with the Governing Board, school leadership team to provide strategic leadership, vision and management of the school and have responsibility for the highest quality of education for pupils.
