We're looking for someone to come and support all product development activity within the various categories of our chilled range. You will ensure the Existing Product Development (EPD) and New Product Development (NPD) end to end processes are completed on time and in full.

This will include working on projects from brief to sign off and then handing the projects over to the Process Team. The role is mainly based out of our Winsford manufacturing site but there will be a need to attend meetings at the Morrisons Head office (also in Bradford) and visit some of the other sites and suppliers. Support the NPD Specialist and Manager to deliver the Site Product Development Plan
• Deliver concise category analysis from trusted data sources
• Work in collaboration with technical experts within the business safeguarding the quality of proposed ranges for all of Morrisons customers
• First and foremost you will have a passion for food and an eye for detail. You will have knowledge of the chilled market ideally and experience working within the food development process. You will have great relationship building skills being able to connect and work with many stakeholders across the business with the ability to influence. Enthusiasm and drive to deliver results with commercial judgement is also key.
