Are you passionate about technology and eager to help people solve their IT issues?

I am currently supporting this Southeast based Housing Association to recruit for an IT Service desk Analyst to join their team.

This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude, a desire to learn, and an interest in all things tech.

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for our internal customers, providing essential support. If you are someone who has good customer facing skills and the ability and professional understanding of the Azure Cloud platform, this is a fantastic role for you.

You’ll have exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software, network, or telephony issues, you’ll be there to assist and make sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll gain hands-on experience with various tech tools, learn valuable skills, and play a vital role in ensuring our team has the support they need to succeed.

You’ll be a great fit if the below sounds like you:
