Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing? As Uprated continues to expand, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Client Services Executive to join our team and help drive our client's success.
You will develop a good understanding of our clients, their products, marketing activities, competition and industries, whilst being well versed in our core offering, being able to translate client requirements and develop strategies to achieve exceptional results.
We offer arelaxed office environment on the top floor of an art deco building in the Lansdowne area of central Bournemouth. We are close to the main travel interchange and a wide range of amenities, while being only a short walk from the Bournemouth seafront cliff top.
This is a hybrid role offering 2 days in our Bournemouth office / 3 days optional WFH. Whilst we anticipate this to be a full-time position, we are also open to flexible working days and hours for the right candidate.
Working as part of the agency Client Services team supporting with on-going management of retainer clients
Project managing on smaller clients, assisting with comms and meetings
Managing client feedback and expectations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives, building trust and rapport
Assisting with marketing campaigns and sales lead follow ups
Creating project plans and timelines, and communicating these to clients and internal teams
Supporting with administrative tasks such as reporting, billing, and project tracking
Strong experience of client communications and client management within an agency environment
Highly personable with brilliant people and relationship management skills
Strong knowledge of digital agency service offering (Digital Marketing, Design, Development)
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities
Experience with agency project management processes, software and tools
An eagle eye for detail to consistently ensure high-quality output
A passion for client services
A salary between £25,000 and £28,000 depending on experience
