Location: Edinburgh or Manchester (Flexible Working)
An experienced Change Analyst is required to join a leading banking client for long-term programmes of work within infrastructure delivery (with flexible working available).
The ideal and successful candidate will be required to hit the ground running.
Key skills & experience required:
- Extensive experience managing change management processes within banking / financial services
- Experience working on infrastructure projects/programmes
- ServiceNow experience
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate complex tasks into simple and digestible terms
- Experience and knowledge of both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to forge relationships quickly with key stakeholders
