This position will be a hybrid of remote (home) and in-office work (based at our BRE Science Park in Watford or office in Glasgow) with a minimum requirement of 2 days a week at BRE and when required *

Assist with monitoring and processing of licence renewals, suspensions, withdrawals and terminations.
Maintaining accurate records of customer contracts (licences), applications and evidence to support the applications within the BREEAM systems, databases and websites.
Maintaining accurate assessor listings on BREEAM databases and websites.
Handling escalated queries and complaints in line with the quality procedures.
Carrying out business support, commercial and operational tasks to support the BPS schemes and businesses.
Assisting with financial queries regarding invoices and licence fees.
Carrying out business support and operational tasks to support the BREEAM business.
Liaising with the Operations Manager, Operations Team Leaders, licensing manager, coordinators, and business support staff within the team and collaboratively working with certification, finance, training and BREEAM technical teams.
Manage systems and procedures that ensure quality compliance against various quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17065, etc).
Experience in compliance with ISO quality procedures.
