Handle quotations and shipping documents. Manage repair processes for Microsoft and Apple devices. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Apple systems. Service and refurbish devices to optimal functionality. Coordinate timely repairs and communication with customers. Maintain meticulous documentation and data management. Collaborate with internal and external teams. Essential Qualifications/skills/experience. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to follow detailed instructions. Excellent communication skills. Technical knowledge of Windows and iOS. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritise effectively. Ability to adapt to change. Useful Qualifications/skills/experience Familiarity with Dynamics CRM and Business Central. An interest in technology. Familiarity with computers. Additional information: Due to the nature of the role and its inherent requirements, the candidate is required to work full-time at the office. The salary for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, skills and experience. You will need to maintain a deep understanding and knowledge of all our products and their uses. You will meet and keep in regular contact with other teams in the business. Why join us?
