Job Description:


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Technical Lead proficient in Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and in the AWS Cloud to join our client's dynamic development team. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of our web applications, ensuring high-quality code, and guiding the technical direction of the project, while also managing multiple teams of Junior Developers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technical architecture and development of web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js and AWS Lambda.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to define requirements and deliver features.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with architectural guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on project timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending adoption of new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer in web application development projects. Proficient in AWS Lambda.
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems and best practices.
  • Experience with modern web development technologies such as React, Redux, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is preferred.
