Job Description We are seeking an experienced FF&E procurement manager in high-end residential interior projects.

With a steady pipeline of work for both, new and repeat clients, this role will play an integral part in the FF&E and procurement functions.

The successful candidate must be passionate and have a strong Procurement / FF&E Management background, preferably within high-end or luxury design.The practice is a multidisciplinary Interior Design and Interior Architecture studio, delivering some of the most exquisite luxury residential projects in London and the Alps.

Role & Responsibilities:
Take responsibility for FF&E after the design stages and create the detailed breakdown purchasing package via EstiPC.
Develop procurement strategies and work with the Designers on the supplier selection.
Prepare the initial FF&E budget.
Develop an FF&E programme and fund request timeline.
Liaise with Finance Manager on fund request timelines and monitor it on a weekly basis to ensure timely receipt of funds from Clients.
Schedule out a delivery plan for all projects.
For international projects, assist our logistics manager in establishing a transport and export/import strategy and secure all relevant quotations and documentation.
Manage the FF&E tender process including tender analysis and terms with new supplier.
Manage the appointment of suppliers.
Check quotations and invoices before raising PO's.
Negotiate pricing at all junctures and look for ways to improve on terms and trade discounts.
Manage all supplier communication and monitor the development against the agreed deadlines.
Create a delivery and installation schedule for FF&E items and establish both internal and external resource requirements for the final stages of projects.
Plan and carry out factory visits to monitor progress of bespoke FF&E where required.
Complete relevant factory check lists for sign off.
Ensure completed bespoke FF&E items are signed off prior to being delivered.
On-site inspection and liaison with contractors before and during FF&E installation.
Provide information for final reconciliation of FF&E funds/client accounts.

Required Skills & Experience:
A strong understanding of luxury design standards
Ability to drive and lead the procurement process alongside the interior design team.
Proven experience in creating efficient procurement processes.
Ideally the right candidate will have an existing large network of relevant suppliers & manufacturers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
Prooficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Esti-PC would be advantageous but not essential.
