Looking for an experienced Resident Liaison officer to join a leading Property Services Company based around South East London/ Dartford
Offering a competitive salary of up to £32,750 + company van and fuel card and benefits
You will be working on a Planned maintenance project covering South East London/ Dartford areas
Deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.
Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.Are happy to travel around service area
Have a full UK driving licence (1 year)
