About Our Client

Our client is a global, leading Trade Organisation / Membership Body with c.1000 members and deeply embedded within the world of derivatives, swaps, regulatory compliance, risk assessment and the wider Financial Services sphere.

Job Description

  • Support implementation of our client's Products and Services amongst member base
  • Coordinate and implement adoption strategy for our client's suite of digital solutions, aligning with the company's overall strategic direction
  • Collaborate and coordinate closely with policy teams on meetings, leads and product development to ensure alignment across the organisation
  • Support, coordinate and advise on implementation objectives
  • Develop marketing materials in coordination with the communications team, including case studies and other materials to build awareness, focusing on the value propositions to specific target audiences
  • Understand the economics of digital solutions, the required future stakeholder investments versus benefits, and inform the value proposition accordingly
  • Support the engagement of member firms, working groups and non-member firms to raise awareness of products and services, demonstrate the value proposition, identify leads and see through to adoption
  • Research internal and external stakeholders to identify key decision makers for each product area at member and non-member firms
  • Support the Head of Solutions Adoption to develop and track KPIs that demonstrate adoption of all digital solutions. Establish and track key product success metrics, driving continuous improvement based on data-driven insights, and create reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand member needs and market trends and work on product development with digital transformation team
  • Maintain calendar of relevant industry events and coordinate with the communications and conferences teams on exhibition/sponsorship opportunities
  • Support member-facing staff's awareness of product features and updates and understand the value proposition of each solution; ensure ongoing support for staff
  • Assist with short- medium- and long-term plans for product adoption
  • Assist in creating reports on adoption milestones
  • Maintain comprehensive record of meetings, leads, contacts and progress to adoption
  • Build strong relationships across our client's base globally and utilise the broad reach to expand the visibility of all digital solutions
  • Collaborate and coordinate closely with the policy teams to ensure alignment across the organisation on adoption objectives
  • Assist with engagements and conferences; work collaboratively with conferences department
  • Coordinate with the membership department to identify leads to help deliver on objectives
  • Collaborate with the communications and digital transformation teams to develop resources and materials to support adoption
  • Develop and maintain strong member relationships and support leads in developing relationships with non-member firms
  • Research topics and news related to members and issues topical for our client and its digital solutions
  • Learn key industry issues, especially those that affect members and solutions
  • Learn about legislative and regulatory proposals and how these will impact or create opportunities for digital solutions and products

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of the Fintech and Regtech arena and the new and emerging technologies that could be deployed in capital markets (eg, smart contracts, DLT and AI) would be brilliant
  • Experience in business development, solutions-based selling / support, and data-driven implementation
  • Experience in managing or supporting digital products, ideally in a product-led organisation
  • Understanding of how regulatory changes can impact derivatives markets
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Ability to gather and analyse data
  • Able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
  • Detail-oriented in composing and proofing materials
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic who demonstrates an appreciation for punctuality, reliability and a desire to drive change and achieve results, proactively contribute ideas and implement recommendations, manage resistance and maintain positive working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to assist in change management, supporting implementation of new concepts, tools and even culture
  • Experience with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with CRM tools would be valued
  • Team player who contributes to success of the immediate team and the organisation as a whole
  • Experience within business development which utilises also marketing capabilities (financial product or technology)
  • Experience within financial services with exposure to people and technology product change / program management, preferably with a derivatives background, would be desirable
  • Experience selling and / or helping to deliver large B2B digital solutions in financial services would be desirable
