We are currently looking for an Accounts & Payroll Officer to start immediately, based in Wanstead, E11.
We are looking for an Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our lovely team on a part time, permenant basis. We provide temporary and permanent staff to varius local authorities and public sector services across the UK, the main purpose of the role is submissions and processing of timesheets, along with payroll and accounts dutues. Our office is just a 5 minute walk from either Wanstead or Snarsbrook stations and we have great links with various bus routes, however we can aslo provide a parking permit if one is required.
The contract is to start from May 7th. The role will be a mixture of Accounts Administration duties alongside Payroll duties for 100+ staff.
Processing weekly & fortnightly payroll for 100+ staff using Sage Payroll
* Completing various accounts administration and filing duties
* The role requires someone with experience of excel, excellent data entry skills and the ability to work hard to meet deadlines. In house training will be provided however, experience of Sage Payroll is preferred.
The role will be office based and working 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) 9 am - 3 pm
- 00 per hours - based on experience and to be discussed at interview
