  • Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed lifting plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all operations are executed safely and efficiently.
  • Compliance: Ensure all lifting activities comply with relevant health and safety legislation, standards, and guidelines.
  • Team Management: Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site supervisors to execute lifting operations effectively.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of lifting plans, risk assessments, and safety briefings.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during lifting operations promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
  • Certification: CPCS Accredited Appointed Person (Lifting Operations)
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or heavy industry sectors.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of lifting operations, equipment, and health and safety regulations.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel to various sites across Scotland as required.
Saalry is 42k + a co van expenses paid also plenty overtime available to take salary to 50k. Interviews will be held via Teams and client is looking to appoint immediately
