Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:

- Utilise telemarketing techniques to engage with prospects and promote our products/services
- Communicate effectively to cater to a diverse customer base
- Use software tools to manage customer interactions and track progress
- Follow up with leads and maintain a database of contacts
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment generation targets

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales and customer relationship management
- Experience in telemarketing or appointment setting is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to potential customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £20,839.00-£23,098.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week
