About the Job
IT Solution specialist plays key role in process automation & digitalization development, supporting build solutions and business users. This role is comparable to application developer role as well requires analytical skills with understanding business processes. Process Automation team works in close relationship with Business Consulting Teams. To success in this role you need basic understanding of process automation & digitalisation and Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the customer requirements in collaboration with Business consulting and other related teams/partners.
- Design and Develop applications and solutions.
- Create and maintain solution Documentation.
- Present and demonstrate solutions.
- Implement custom solutions and support them.
- Maintain build solutions and seek enhancements.
- Support platform development, governance and changes.

Qualifications and Competencies
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
